I would like the strike to be almost over, but to say it's almost over implies the writers have agreed on the current deal and it's just a matter of language. Right now, it's not. The news is saying it is because the WGA and AMPTP have come to some kind of deal in informal talks, but this still must be reviewed. I'm just sharing this because a lot of folks are jumping to conclusions and I am very superstitious about fate.

The Simpsons had Alan Moore guest-starring, so it is made of awesome. King of the Hill was awesome and I like that they made Hank open to a new idea, without compromising too much of his personality. (Oh, organic food really is the food of the gods. I am happy to admit I was wrong about this.) Family Guy was made of suck for not making the episode as funny as they could have, and American Dad was a great parody of 40 Year Old Virgin.

Okay, I need to be up at 6 tomorrow for Easter Seals stuff and then it's time to troll around NYC! :) Yay!

It's nothing personal, I've been meaning to for awhile.

THIS SATURDAY! (Yes, I should have posted this earlier). I'm participating in the Easter Seals Walk. :) It's a walk to help raise money so kids and adults with disabilities can get the treatment they need. I think it's also to help the disabled kids up in Port Jervis, where there are an outstanding number of people who need help and treatment as many of them live below the poverty line and they're at a point where they're almost totally isolated from our world.

Any donation is welcomed. :) You'd be helping out a lot of disadvantaged people who wouldn't otherwise have a chance. All donations are under my dad's name.

None of it's personal, but it's either cos you don't update, we don't talk as much as we used to, or some other reason. Just giving a heads up.

It's a Harry Potter stamping community, with houses and contests and one big annual contest at the end of the terms. :) It's very well managed, full of lots of interesting people, and we need YOU. (The dog, not so much. Finger slipped. Stuff happens. Do you know how hard it is to get bone and fur out of shag carpet?)
